Cross mountain passes with panoramic views of the Atlas range while discovering authentic Berber culture and daily life along the way. Spend the night in a welcoming local guesthouse in Tachdirt, enjoying warm hospitality and delicious homemade Moroccan meals. Day 1 - Marrakech to Imlil and Tacheddirte ▲
After leaving Imlil and arriving at Tacheddirte, meet your guide for a short briefing over mint tea. Then, begin your hike to Toubkal, a 5-hour walk along the valley parallel to Imlil valley.

You will cross the 2,294 m high Tizi N’Tamatert pass, pass through Berber villages, and cross the Tacheddirte river. Lunch is a picnic under the shade of a tree along the route.

Towards the end of the day, arrive at the lodge with stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Overnight: Dormitory beds with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 2 - Amssakrou Village and Return to Marrakech ▲
After breakfast at the lodge, start the hike along the Tacheddirt river for approximately 6 hours to :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}. Stop at a Berber house to discover local life and enjoy a tea ceremony with a traditional snack.

Then, ascend a 500 m vertical mountain toward Imlil valley, where your transport will be waiting to take you to a traditional restaurant on the Imlil river for lunch.
